This course aims to give delegates a full understanding of how to undertake internal audits and prepare companies for Third Party Audits.
This course has been designed to give learners the knowledge and skills to conduct a TACCP (threat and vulnerability assessment) within the food processing operation, and a Raw Material Vulnerability Assessment on the raw material supply chain.
The course is idealfor food handlers who have very little, or no knowledge of allergens or food intolerances. The course gives learners a basic awareness of allergens, food intolerances and how to control them in a manufacturing environment.
A short course detailing how to conduct root cause analysis as part of the corrective action process.
This Level 4 Award covers the importance of HACCP-based food safety management systems, including the design and development, management and implementation and verification of such systems. The course material is firmly based on the National Occupational Standards developed by Improve, the Sector Skills Council for the food and drink manufacturing industry.
The aim of this qualification is to develop an understanding of HACCP-based food safety management systems. Holders of this award will have the appropriate knowledge and understanding to be an integral part of a HACCP team and to manage the implementation of a HACCP-based system in the work environment.
This level 4 award is designed for managers and would be managers with responsibility for some or all aspects of food safety in any sector of the food industry and provides both practicable management guidance and clear information about the science and legislation behind accepted good practice. The course is certificated by OCN.

The Advanced Nutrition Award Course is designed to provide managers or health professionals with an in-depth knowledge of the practical application of diet and healthy eating.
